Yuriy and his wife Viktoriya and their three children Lana, Michael, and Melanie packed up and moved from Oklahoma to Florida to plant Watershed Community, where they love and serve their community. From a young age, Yuriy has strived to better himself and those around him. He believes that this life is a gift and worth living to the fullest with God—only then will your life be the example that so many preach about. We can be the change by being a living example.

In 2015, God put it on Yuriy's heart to plant a church. Yuriy Mayba is the lead pastor of Watershed Community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. He has been in ministry for over 19 years, ranging from youth leader to worship leader to discipleship pastor. His heart’s desire has always been to help people to realize that they don't have to stay where they are, and that with God and the right people by your side, you can accomplish the impossible.

Yuriy is an entrepreneur who has run and owned businesses and continues to enjoy working with the gifts God has given him. His motto is “Leave it better than you found it.”He was also a lead singer in a band called Hardie Avenue 2003-2015 where they ministered to the young generation and saw lives change.
